Welcome to Theo Viereck. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to photography services offered worldwide.
By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
We offer professional wedding photography services worldwide, subject to availability and travel feasibility. Our services cover a variety of wedding styles and formats — from intimate elopements to large celebrations — as described on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee (percentage varies per package) are required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days after the event or session unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Euro (€) and may be subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session may incur full charges.
In case of force majeure (illness, natural disaster, travel disruption), we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a partial refund.
4. Copyright & Usage
We retain full copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a license for personal use of the delivered images.
Commercial use, resale, or editing without permission is strictly prohibited.
We may use selected images for portfolio, social media, marketing, or competitions unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.
5. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 6 weeks.
Raw files are not included in any package unless agreed upon.
Image style and editing are at the photographer’s artistic discretion.
6. Travel & Accommodation
For international assignments, travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the client, unless otherwise arranged.
Visas, permits, and other legal requirements are the client’s responsibility if services are rendered in their country.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during a session or event.
In the rare case of data loss, equipment failure, or other unforeseen issues, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
8. Website Usage
All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of Theo Viereck and may not be copied, downloaded, or reused without permission.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.
